Choir at Winter Concert

Welcome to Cor Deo Choir! We are a 7th-12th grade choir that sings soprano, alto, tenor, and bass vocal parts. We select Christ-focused music in a variety of styles, including a cappella numbers, choral music, hymns, and modern worship songs. Most of our members are students at Cor Deo Christian Academy, but local homeschool students may also apply.
We rehearse one hour a week on Wednesday afternoons from September through mid-May. We do about 5 performances at Christmastime; then we start new music in January and do about 5 spring performances.
Cor Deo Choir is run by music-loving Cor Deo volunteers. Choir members pay a small fee to help cover sheet music, choir t-shirts, and other supplies. Members have access to the rest of our web site, which includes practice recordings to make it easier to learn the vocal parts.
Here are a couple samples of our singing:
The River - performed at our Spring Concert.
Merry Carol of the Bells - performed at The Grotto's Festival of Lights
O Come, O Come Emmanuel - performed at The Grotto's Festival of Lights
